$6000 Worth of Free Tuition for Military Spouses
Not sure if there are any US military spouses here but this program is available for tuition for portable careers in high demand.

The Military Spouse Career Advancement Account is available now and if your spouse is close to retirement dont be fobbed off, the 'year out' rule has been changed as long as you agree the career plan before retirement it's still valid.
I am considering just training for something that I can do anywhere in the future and am still working on it but have a friend who signed up today.

Too late for me unfortunately, hubby is retired now. We heard of a new GI Bill for him though, it's a post 9/11 bill, that will pay for his books and classes, so long as he did 3 years after 9/11 as active duty.
He is going to a class today to get signed up, he wants to finish his Masters this year. Good luck to you, hope you find something you are interested in

May not be able to use it myself, by the time I have proved I have a real degree and all the stuff you have to go through to apply even for a vocational course I may no longer be eligible.
I know people here have dealt with this before but as I dont have Math/Science as part of my degree will have to take a class and the money doesnt pay for pre-requisites grrr.
