WR-770 NVC Form: Need to file?
San Jose office is giving out a WR-770 National Visa Center form. Says "Please return
the I-130/I-140 with this memo."
If we're not filing an I-130/I-140 then we don't need to file this, right?
Sounds obvious but you never know with the unpredictable folks at the INS.
