I wasn't referring to all jobs. I was just making the point that I don't fall under
the "H1-B rules" and have to stay with one employer or another in order to be legal.
It was in response to whats-his-name's snarky remark about "being in compliance with
H1-B rules"

Thanks for the clarification. Yeah, I read your post and later realized what you were
saying. No harm intended :-D

Snoopy thinks everyone who posts here and supports legal immigration is an H-1B or an
illegal immigrant with a fake visa trying to hitch hike their way into the USA. He
couldn't be further from the truth.

Too bad you're north of the U.S. border. If you were south, you wouldn't have to
worry about all the red tape nonsense. You could just walk on over and wait for the
next general amnesty.
