Work Visa for Irish Cousin

I'm Irish, have a Green card and live in Texas. How do I help my Irish cousin get a
temp work visa for the US. He was here 6 yrs ago on a J-1 student visa and got a SSN
card and drivers license. He is now a college grad with a Degree in Microbiology. I
am willing to sponser him. Whats my next step. What forms do I/we have to fill and
submit. Thanks, Stuart

You can't sponsor/help him unless you can actually employ him in his field.

He needs to find a job as a microbiologist and come to the US, for example with an
H1B, which the employer would need to sponsor.

The only practical way you can help him is to help him find a job in his field.
