Default work in US

Can anyone give me some guidelines on how to land a job in the US. If I go
there as tourist and find work, what are my chances? Will it be faster if I
consult an employment agency or a lawyer perhaps. Thanks.

How would a lawyer help you to find a job in the US? are you in the
legal field? If you have a specialized skill your chances will be
increased.
