Will this be a problem?

My fiancée received her K1 visa from the Bangkok embassy about 2 weeks
ago and the original plan was for her to fly to the U.S. by herself,
but her grandma has since decided she would like to come with her to
be here for the wedding. Her grandma got a visitor visa from the
embassy in Chiang Mai last week and it occurred to me that there was a
question on the DS-156 form (question 24 to be exact) which asked for
the "Names and Relationships of Persons Traveling With You". We had
answered no to this question since, at the time, we had no idea her
grandma would want to come along. Does anyone know if this will cause
us problems now that her grandma will be travelling with her? Thanks.

I'm an immigration lawyer and I'm professionally paranoid. I don't think it would be problem. But I understand that the gov't is working on making the DS-156's electronically available at the POE's.
