Wifes Polish family/friend wants to visit U.S.
Hello there,
thx for reading this message. my Polish wife thru a K1 visa(married here march
15th 03) would like her family and/or a friend to visit America soon. my wife
would like her best friend to visit as well and she has already got a tourist
visa thru the govt. there and they now say she needs an official invitation
from the U.S. regarding how long she'll stay, how much money i make, will she
work etc.. she already has a tourist visa which was easy to get. does anyone
know what this invitation form is???? can anyone help us??? thanks for any
advice you can give

I am confused. Did she get a US B-2 visitor visa?
If so, then there is no invitation she would need.
In any case, there is no official invitation form.
You can write a brief letter explaining that you will be responsible for
her expenses while in the US, and perhaps include a letter from your
employer stating your salary, etc.

yes she got a B2 visa. i have seen websites stating that there are to be
several forms etc that she must have to help her get in here such as the
I-134, bank statements, employer letters and the like. do we really need to do
all that??? we did send an invitation to her as well. thanks for any help you

All of this stuff might be used, but they would be used to get the B2.
If she already has the B2, there should be no problem.
She has a B2, she doesn't need someone to invite her.
She could use it to go to Disneyland by herself if she wishes.
