Why am I being left out?

I am new to this group. I got married in May in India. I applied K3
for my wife in June. My NOA1 is June 16. I got a RFE in Aug...I sent
the evidence on Aug 19 (Copy of Naturalization certificate.....even
though we sent it with the application). I sent more evidence on Sep 9
(Copy of mariage certificate....forgot to send it in August). My
status still reflects that BCIS received evidence on Aug 19.
I have seen approvals for people who applied in late July. I called
the Customer Service number begining of Oct and they said they will
send an enquiry. I have not heard anything from them so far. I am
getting so frustated and I dont know what to do. Anyone has any ideas?
