Where Should I Apply Citizenship, Ca or Mo?
We are planning to move to the Bay Area approx. in
May next year. Which States is faster for N400,
or maybe I apply now in Mo and interview in Ca?
Thank everyone in advance.

You apply in the state that you live in -- there is no choice. There is a 3-month residency requirement. The process is explained clearly in the N400 guide:

Thank you for the information.
I have a few questions:
1. What is the timeline for Neutralization for MO (Nebraska) and CA?
3. Should I apply in MO, move and obtain CA resident before the
interview?
Thanks again for your help
