Where to file the Forms?

Where to file the Forms?
Hi,
I'm applying for green card through marriage (my wife is citizen and I'm presently on F-1 student visa). My doubts are:
1. I’m going file all the forms together (I-130, I-485, 1 G-325A, 2 I-864, I-765, I-693, I-131). Is that all right to file all the forms together?
2. Who else need to go with me while I file the forms? I guess my wife (primary sponsor for I-864) and her grandpa (joint sponsor for I-864). Is that right?
3. I’m from Irvine, CA. Where should I go to file all the forms together? In the INS website I found District Office (LA), Sub Office(Santa Ana) and Service Center (Laguna Niguel). Where should I go?
Please advise.

You need to fill 2 G-325A forms - one from you, one from your wife.
