When can we leave the country?
Me and my fiance will get married here on a K-1 visa,
apply for AOS, and then we want to return to her
country and get married there with all of her family.
How long does my fiance have to wait here in the
U.S. before she can return to her country? I've heard
that some have left for their country too early and
were denied re-entry, because certain papers
weren't processed. I'd like to give her family a
ballpark idea of when we would be able to return
to have a wedding there. Thank you in advance.
