When to apply?

Re: When to apply?
I questioned what my husband told me last night and can confirm that the B visa is to allow him to go out to do work over the next year whilst the L1 or the O visa (depending on what they decide to go for) i.e. the attorney wasn't suggesting he lives over there whilst on a B visa - that was his poor use of vocabulary back to me .
I know the intentions of both parties is for our family to emigrate and would hope that the attorney's have taken this on board yet I guess they are not the immigration specialists and I don't know how norm this would be.

There does seem a disconnect between OP and Spouse.

Oh, always . To be fair, I think he has been bamboozled oduring the last trip with the influx of legal information from a different country, it takes him a while to process it and give me the information.
I went to Glasgow too . We live not far from the airport.
He met with both an immigration attorney and a business attorney (seperate firms) last week whilst he was over there. My point was that the business attorney should be setting the business up to make the immigration attorney's life easier but whether that is / will happen is the next challenge!

Are you relying on the "business" attorneys for immigration advice? If so I would strongly recommend that you involve an immigration lawyer ASAP so that the business model will meet the immigration/ visa requirements with a minimum of changes, and stress, later when the visa applications are being processed.

Well the question of why this operation was set up in a non Immigration friendly format still applies.I assume the other party would not want to be a minority shareholder.
