At what point is best to get the medical in London booked?
 

DS-260's and all supporting docs have been submitted to the NVC (via ceac website and attorney has posted the supporting docs packet), so I'm waiting on that to get reviewed by NVC and an invitation to interview letter to come out.
Should I get the medicals booked and done as soon as possible? Or should I wait to receive the letter with the interview date on before booking? (assuming it's possible to get an appointment without an interview date already arranged?).
