I decided to take the K3 route, it took 5 months from begining to the process until my arrival, so yeah it pisses me off when people deliberately try to take shortcuts to be with their loved ones, I admit it.. my blood boils.. but that doesn't mean I hate you
, I know this post was directed to Ray.. but I though I would say how I really feel.. (Hope you don't mind!)You can't understand the fustration of K1's and K3's feel about people AOS'ing from VWP unless you go thru it.
I am glad you are with your loved one.. and you don't have to face separation..

for the record, i wasn't taking a short cut. my husband asked me to marry him (a year ago yesterday by the way), i said yes and we got married a week later. we went up into the mountains with a vicar and got married - i didn't have time to invite any family.
so please, and i mean this kindly, stop to think before your blood boils. there is agony on both sides of the fence. i miss my family greatly and i am waiting and longing to see them again. i also miss my homeland.
we all have choices to make and i made mine.
