Default What happened to MSC processing dates on uscis?

What happened to the National benefits center (MSC) processing dates online
on the uscis website? I can't find it anymore. Did they get rid of it?
I'm getting close for my wife to be approved on her I-129F and I was
watching it more frequently as the date got closer. My NOA1 is Feb 19th for
my I-129F at MSC.

that website [MSC processing times] is working find now. Latest post was April 8, 2004 amd info is still that they're working on I-129Fs for January 10, 2004.

My 1 NOA for my hubby's K-3 was Feb 6 and I haven't heard anything from them yet.

Check this site:

https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/js...d=cq2oI7uWZCMd

....and click on the processing times for National Benefits Center (formerly Missouri Service Center). They're now working on Jan 21st, 2004.

There's no way of knowing that, I'm afraid. I filed AOS in Miami 12 months ago, and they gave me an estimate of 11. Still waiting with no end in sight.

thanks Cindy - I believe that my date to receive 2nd NOA or RFI [hopefully not] should be within the next couple of weeks. The wait's driving me mad. I'm so glad your difficult times are behind. Separation is becoming more and more difficult to handle for the two of us as time goes by. Keep praying for speedier results or a lot of PATIENCE :-)
thank you again!

Randie, believe me I've been in your shoes-we were married over 3 years by the time he got here and now we're tackling the 130/AOS hurdle. Also be prepared for the EAD hassle, not just emotionally but also financially!!!
Good luck!

oh oh - what's EAD? employment authorization? Do I need to read up on it? I thought it was as easy as me and my husband requesting that and getting such permit within 3 months of his arrival to US? what are the surprises I need to prepare for? You said the financial aspect's what's difficult? how much are we talking about?
I'm currently unemployed - got laid off a couple of months ago but I'll find me something before too long - even if it's temporary. Have to do it so I can have something to show consulate when I travel for my hubby's interview. I appreciate your comments

Default I-129F second noa

If I remember correctly you were also waiting for second NOA from MSC for your spouse's I-129F - correct?
If so, any news?

thank you

No news yet. I'm following trompeta who is one week ahead of me on Feb 12.
I'm Feb 19th on the I-129F at MSC. Trompeta said he would let us know as so
will I. I'll put a clear subject heading saying my status in this newsgroup
the same day I get some decision.
