Hello, I have not been around in a while, and I hope someone can help me.

I am going crazy. I received the package with the DS230 form and I sent it back already (15 days ago) but now I feel lost, I have no idea of where in the process am I and I have not heared from nobody, neither good nor bad news...

Can anyone please tell me what comes next?
am I closed to the end?

i do not remember exact day i sent our DS-230 to NVC but i guess it
took about a month b4 i received the letter saying
"NVC has completed the processing of your case and forwrded ypur file
to the American Embassy.
than you start waiting for interview date.

Listen carefully and opt to speak to an agent. Have your case number handy.

As a very rough guide, your DS230 will be entered into the computer about 2 days after they receive it and case completion should be around 8 to 10 days after that (even though they say 6 to 8 weeks!)

Between 7 and 15 days after that it will be forwarded to the consulate and you should receive a letter from NVC confirming this.
