Default Warsaw processing times

I was wondering if anyone has had to deal with the Warsaw embassy. I notice the
Moscow embassy has eschewed packet three in it's entirety. Is this true for Warsaw?
How long should I expect between approval and the packet three arriving in Belarus? I
faxed a request for a provisional file this morning, despite the fact that the
approval was supposedly cabled. Was that the right move? What is "cabled" anyway?
Didn't we abandon the telegraph, like, 75 years ago? On the embassy website, they
asked to send an e-mail address where appropriate. Will they actually communicate via
e-mail? Doesn't that seem too sensible and efficient to be real? How do I break it to
all my friends that "remember when I spent that time in Europe? Well..."?

Here's my timeline thus far:

I-129F sent to Vermont Service Center 12/24 First NOA sent by VSC 1/9 First NOA
recieved 1/14 Second NOA sent by VSC 2/6 Second NOA recieved 2/12

Everything has gone somoothly thus far (yeah, I know). If anyone has recent
experience with the Warsaw embassy, stories would be much appreciated, I will be sure
to reciprocate in good time. Good luck to all those others in INS limbo.

Warsaw uses packet 3.

I'd say about a month.

Yes.

I'm not really sure.

Yes but this is the government.

Yes they will.

Too sensible and efficient for the government, yes .

However you want! I don't really understand this question.

You really do not want to hear my story.

Updating the timeline here. Alena e-mailed me today, February 25, informing me that
she has recieved package 3. Thanks, Andrew, for the reassurance that we are on the
right track. I am so excited. This is going so quickly (can I possibly jinx it any
more?) that I almost feel as if I am gloating. Another round of collecting documents
and such to come. Ready yourselves for futher questions. Thanks again.
