The interview is over. It was very fast. They did not want to see any of the original
papers or any photographs. They only asked very basic questions like how we met, how
long we've known each other, etc.

The only paper they kept was the visa application. They didn't like the passport
photos we had so we had to go down the street and get some more taken.

All in all, it was not what we expected. We expected that they would want to see our
documents and proof of meeting but they didn't seem concerned about that at all.
Maybe all the documents we sent them were enough.

We go back in about an hour to get her passport back. Hopefully there'll be a visa
attached

Congratulations, Banjo Bob! Often the interview is a bit of a let-down after all the
anticipation.

"Is that it?" is a common question =)

After the nightmare you've been through over the last couple of months, isn't it nice
to have something easy and boring? It was like that for my wife too. I couldn't be
there, but they didn't really ask much. Congratulations to both of you! Kepp us
posted on the trip back to the US.

Us too. The interview was a snap. I think it is definately easier it the peitioner is
present. The lady spent more time talking to me than to my fiancee.

There were no tough questions for us. I think the most difficult question was where I
work (I'm a consultant for one company and they hire me out to many others). The
interview lasted only 5 minutes.

Warsaw didn't want the ADIT photos so we had to go and get passport photos
(black & white).

The lady said we had one of the best I-129F packets she'd seen in a long time. All
photocopies were scanned images and printed in color. Everything arranged nicely.
FC-029 from each of us. Etc.

If you have everything -- plus some, they seem to really appreciate
it. They didn't even ask to see any photographs of us together! It was a very fast
and simple interview (Jan 17 2002)
