VWP RE-ENTRY ADVICE

Hi, I have posted a few times on here need a few tips and help.

You guys are always great first of all.

I went to NYC for the first time for 12 years, I am 23.

I went for 87 days just to tour New york, philly, boston etc. from 23rd august 2012 until 17th november. I am going again in 2 days for 33 days this time, just to visit friends and have a vacation.

I have a registered UK limited company which I am the full shareholder and owner. I have a monthly loan for my car. And ALL my family are in the UK.

Firstly what are my chances, and what things should I bring to help me pass through?

thanks

Jon

Bring all evidence you can of your ties to the UK, and specifically things you have to return for. As to your chances, they probably aren't bad, but no one can give you anything like a reassuring answer.

Another problem when I did go, I washed my passport in my trousers so had to get another one, so obviously the stamp isnt there anymore is that a bad thing, because they have it on record anyway dont they?

thanks

Re: VWP RE-ENTRY ADVICE

Presumably you have obtained a new ESTA for the new passport?

Re: VWP RE-ENTRY ADVICE

Jonny, they can sometimes solve a minor ESTA problem like that right there at the airport, if you get there and check in early enough, and you had no problems that might make an ESTA hard to process or denied. It might still have been OK. No guarantees though on that, so yes, hooray for civilservant! :D

New passport needs new ESTA. It was not the same passport. Luckily you've had time to fix it. Best of luck.
