Jan 24, 2001 Sent I-751 to VSC via. Fedex 2nd day Jan 26, 2001 VSC receives I-751 Jan 30,
2001 VSC prints out and mails NOA, extending alien card by 1 year Feb 2, 2001 $125 I-751
fee clears my bank account Feb 5, 2001 We receive the NOA in the mail
The NOA says "Your alien card is extended 1 year-employment & travel authorized.
Processing your form will require a minimum of 30 days. If you have not heard from us
within 12 months, then you may contact this office."
The latest processing times show a minimum 360 day wait for VSC to process the I-751. I
fully expect my wife to begin the naturalization process before her I-751 is adjucated.
