Default Visiting potential Customers

Hi All

I am wondering if I need to get some kid of VISA to be able to visit the US probably for periods of 1 to 2 weeks, 3 or 4 times per year, to visit potential customers to introduce our compnay and its services?
We are a UK based compnay and will be incorporating a business in the US later this year....................

Cheers

Firstly, it's a Visa, not a VISA. That's a trademark.

Personally I think that what you propose can be done under the VWP (WB rather than WT) since meetings are specifically provided for under the rules of the VWP.

Short visits (up to 90 days) for meetings with clients and visits to potential clients are acceptable under the business VWP.

Will you be selling services to customers that will be provided by the UK entity, or the US entity?
