Visiting Nigara Falls from US
Hi,
Currently I am in Chicago, and is going to visit Nigara Falls and
Toronto in mid Nov. Just bought a Digital Cam and wanted to try it out
:P
However, Canadian government recently announced that all Malaysian
entering Canada will require a VISA.
I have entered Canada a few times, but without a VISA. With the new
regulation I am affraid that I might not be able to enter again.
I heard that I can apply for an entry permit at the border just for a
few night stays. Is that true?
Or else I will have to consider going to NY.
Thanks and regards
Kwan.

This is off-topic for this NG, but a search of the web turned up the
following: "citizens of Malaysia can apply for a temporary resident visa at
any Canadian visa office abroad". Cost is $C75 ($US 47) for a single-entry
visa, double for a multiple-entry visa good for 5 years.
