While applying for our I-129F Fiance visa we want to be able to visit each other from the UK to the US using the Visa Waiver system, we will have evidence of a Return flight ticket, Family expecting him back in the UK, sufficient funds. Will this be enough for the immigration officer to allow him entry for a vacation using the Visa Waiver or will we need to go through the Embassy in London.
Any help would be so appreciated.
