Can you be more specific about which question? We aren't mind readers. Yes, you can visit the US on the VWP while you have an H-1B being processed. No, you can't work in the US while you're on the VWP.

It's what you get when the site expects you to post 3 times to gain certain privileges...

To be more specific, has anybody tried entering the US 2-3 times at 90 days each under the VWP whilst undergoing a H1B application? And if so, did this effect the outcome of the H1B decision? It's a pretty suspicious situation so was wondering if anyone has had to do it. Thanks

If by "2-3 times" you mean trips where you spend 90 days outside the US between trips to the US, then yes... many people have done it. If you mean 90 day trips with only a week or so outside the US, then I'm sure a few people have done it... and the rest have been sent home for abusing the VWP.
