Visa received!!!!
 

Passport with immigrant visa received back today!! Now have to book my flight and it's goodbye UK. Mixed feelings as excited about my new life with hubby in USA but v sad to be finally saying goodbye to UK friends and family, knowing I wont see them on a weekly basis. Cant have everything i guess.

Just want to say a big thank you for all the assistance I have received on expats, especially from Noorah and Jeffery. You have all been so helpful and made the immigration process a lot more bearable.

I'm sure I will post many more questions once I'm stateside and settling into my new home.

Thats how I feel....and so nice to have got there!! Im flying out on 2nd October and cant wait to be reunited with my husband after all this time apart. Good luck and congratulations to you too.
