visa processing delay at consulates
What are the non-immigrant visa
processing delay at consulate abroad ??? It obviously takes more time in China than in France or UK... I would be especially interested in processing in Germany since there almost non-immigrant applicants have to go for interview at consulate. Any experience/information from any country is appreciated. Thanks MaX |

Because his wife wasn't German, they knew there would be an interview. Still, the consulate told him to send the passport and application; a denial by mail (took about two weeks) seems to be the only way to get an appointment for an interview. I think they went to the interview another two weeks later. Of course, if you are from one of the security-check countries, then all bets are off. |
