Visa for Mother

I have applied for my mother to obtain a visa, the paperwork was submitted to the INS
and INS already sent me a reply letter to review her case for a visa.
I am a US Arm Forces member, does anyone know if I can expedite my mother's visa to
come to the USA due to my military status? I am trying to claim her as my dependent,
but it may take a few months to have all the paperwork approved for her to become my
dependent.
