Hi,
Both my wife and I are permanent residents. My wife is on maternity leave from school
and I am employed full-time. We are planning on inviting just my wife's mom for
6months. In this regard I have the following questions:
1) What documents should I send to my wife's mom? 2 pay stubs employment letter from
HR bank-statement copy of our passports what else? any INS forms to be filled out
at our end?.
2) My wife's mom is a retired physician who has worked for the past 8 years in Libya,
and just has returned to India. And my wife's all siblings are in the US. Is
getting a visitor's visa be a problem because of these reasons?
3) We have also heard about 10 year visitor's visa. What does it take to get one?.
Given reasons in item 2, can my wife's mom get a 10 year visa?
Your inputs are much appreciated. Thank you.
