Does anyone happen to know if we can move London US embassy visa renewal appointments further out once booked?.
or if you can move it out while booking?.

​​ I'm considering coinciding a trip to UK with an appointment for visa renewal, it's showing nov as available however I favor late December.

As a general note I'd say there's no guarantee that you'll find an available appointment in December, let alone late December with the Christmas/NYE holidays and Embassy staff taking time off. I suggest you book the November available appointment while you can.
