Hi,
I have a got an interview with my wife to apply for our L1 and L2 visas.
We received the I-797 and found that my wifes name is incorrectly spelt
(she is the L1). I noticed that it was also incorrectly spelt on the
I-129 form which was filed.
I am quite worried about this. Although the attorneys say it should not
be a problem and we should still go to the interview.
However we also intend to apply for an EAD for myself, and think this
could cause problems down the line, will this cause issues?
Any help or suggestions for what we can do? Is this an easy thing to
correct before or after the interview? Is there a chance the via may be
denied because of this?
Thanks in advance
