Vermont Service Center-Please Read

I have been trying for days to contact the Vermont Service Center for months
at 802-527-4913. This number always rings busy from 7:45 AM to 7:45 PM.
After that it is the usual answering machine repating the same message about
case status.
Please, does anybody know how to get through.

Maybe they use the same way of contacting them as you
[email protected]. Best way to contact any service center is through
the local congressional office. They have people who deal specificly with
Immigration issues, and have a liason with the service center in your area.
Worked fer me!

The service centers get very busy the moment they open, so you're gonna have a very tough time getting through.
If you have a generic question call the National help line for BCIS or if you have a specific thing with Vermont, then go through the congressional office.

Hi there!
I experienced the same problem just recently. However, I was able to get through 2 days in a row by simply using the fast dial option on my cell phone. After 20-25 attempts I was able to reach them. The time I tried was about 11 AM.
