Default Vermont Service Center

Hello,

Does anyone know how to contact the Vermont Service Center in such a way as
not to be ignored?

Do they have a phone number?

The service centers used to have public phone numbers, but not any longer! The numbers have been shut down. The NCSC national customer service center is supposed to handle everything.

The interviewing officers have office phone numbers at the district buildings, but they are not public. They may leave their office number on your answering machine if you establish a relationship with them by writing (even if they don't write back). Just keep them updated on what you have done or learned about why your case isn't moving along. After many months, they may eventually be reading your letters.. who knows. It worked for me, but took almost 2 years of frustrating wait not knowing what is happening for most of the time or why the case is taking over a year.

Well, you don't say what you need to talk to them about, but you could
contact your congressman and have his office contact BCIS on your behalf.

That is what I did when my I-751 application had disappeared into oblivion
for a couple of years. We got a response in about two weeks.
