vacation with a record?
Does anyone know what the restrictions are on someone with a criminal record
going to the US on vacation?
I know that this person would have no chance as far as immigration goes to
any country but what about just a 2 week vacation?

I think it would depend on the crime, you will need a visa, as you will not be able to use the vwp
