Just to add, I went in and read the specifics of the ICE thing. I am now legitimately outraged and have emailed my Congress person.
If anyone else wants to do the same (https://www.federalregister.gov/docu...er-immigration), don't be fooled by the heading ("IV.A.1.a Use IEFA Fee Collections To Fund Immigration Adjudication Services Performed by ICE"). If you go in and read it properly, it could certainly be used for enforcement activities as well:
