USCIS can't do simple math!
The 1/2 sheet of paper that my wife received with her Green Card
contains the following gem:
You must file Form I-751, Petition to Remove the Conditions on
Residence, between September 20, 2006 and November 19, 2006 (i.e.,
the ninety (90) day period just prior to the second anniversary
of your becoming a Conditional Permanent Resident.)
Note that 90 days before 19-Nov-2006 is actually today, 21-Aug-2006.
So have these idiots shrunk our window to 60 days, or can I go ahead and
file?
Thanks!

Hmm. Check the online forms/instructions. If they still say 90 days, I say
go for it.
In our case, we applied for a K-1 on October 15, 2003, and we got back the
following RFE:
-evidence of meeting in person between October 15, 2003 and October 15, 2005.
Sure - we WILL meet in the next two years.. That was the point - we WANTED
to be able to spend a LOT of time together..
You're right, USCIS is sometimes quite messed up.
