US citizen's address change
Hi! Kate here!
Just wondering what the correct procedure is if the US citizen changes address
and, in fact, state, during the time betwen NOA1 and NOA2? How should the NSC
be informed? Letter? Phone call? If anyone has any experience of this I would
sure like to hear it. Doed the UK citizen need to inform the Embassy, and at
what point?
