That is for the add on Part B, you need to have Part A as well.

That is the absolute utter minimum coverage for someone who is otherwise fully qualified for Medicare. There are other parts/policies to purchase from independent insurance providers, including mandatory drug coverage.

Nope... that is part B. Your parents will also have to pay for Part A which currently is $408 per person per month.

Then don't forget Part D for drugs and prescriptions - around $50 bucks a month.

If they do not have a supplementary plan, they will have deductible and co pays too.

You should budget at least $500 a month for each of them.

There are various Medicare Advantage plans which can reduce these costs.

You need to google Medicare and your state, as plans are often state dependent. If you are planning to bring elderly parents to the US, you have a lot of reading to do to get up to speed on this essential topic. There is no shortcut to understanding it all.

Depends on where you live.

Do some research on the Medicare website and insurance company sites in your state.

As said, there is lots to find out about senior citizen medical coverage - and it ALL costs money.

A reasonable fee is usually determined by time, energy and skill involved. Sometimes the value may be higher than that standard.

I'm retired and don't keep up on the market. I volunteer at the Los Angeles County Bar Immigration Law Assistance Clinic. They charge nominal fees to prepare documentation. If the case is complicated, a legal referral is given.

ILAC charges $300 for an I-130; $250 for an I-864 prep and process.

Although these charges are less than normal attorney fees, I give them for guidance.

Good luck.
