urgent ? affidavit of support

urgent ? affidavit of support
Thanks in advance for anyone who can help me out here.
I am filling out the affidavit of support paperwork and have a ?.
On the second page at the bottom it says "Oath or Affirmation of Sponser"
Okay my question is do I have to take this form and get it signed by an Officer who will administer an oath before it is sent in. Or can I just sign my name and leave it blank where the officer is to sign. If it needs to be signed by an officer I guess I would take it to the closest Immigration office.
If it helps my income alone more than meets the guidelines and do not need a sponsor. Just unsure if this form needs to be signed by someone other than myself before sending it to my fiancee.

I thought the "Sponsor" was the US citizen who was filing the AOS...? That they're sponsoring the immigrant to show that the immigrant won't end up on the public dole.

I believe that is for NOTORY. The affadevit MUST BE NOTORIZED.

The oath is sworn before a notary public.
