Default An unsolver immigration Case.

Hi!

I want to get some information about my actual immigration status or
situation. the situation it that:

I marriage that girl on 1997. She have 2 son and 1 daughter (28, 21 and 17
year old). We summit the petition on my behalf and on 1999 I get my Soc.
Sec., my employment permit, and at the end my Green card, but with a
temporal status.

After that I get the driver license and other legal document (as Credit
card, Banks account, etc.). After 3 year of marriage, and before we
resubmit the form I-751 (for change of my status from temporally to
permanent Resident) we get divorce on 2001, because I have been submitted to
physical and mental abuse by her sons.

Last year I meet somebody else, we dated; we engage. We live together since
there. She get pregnant once and we have a beautiful 2 year old daughter.
Now she's pregnant again and we get married (just one month ago).

My question is: Do I have to made all step again or can I use the document I
receive from my last marriage as Soc. Sec., Alien #, etc.

I don't know What I have to do. Also I'm afraid to be deported because my
last green card its expired already.

Default Re: An unsolver immigration Case.

You are telling us that after your divorce you did not apply to have the conditions removed from your residency? If you didn't that was a very stupid thing to do. You were eligible to remove the conditions as soon as your divorce was final. It would appear on the surface that your residency status as expired. Get an immigration lawyer involved in this. If he can't get your case reopened then you are here illegally and will have to repetition for a new green card/residency status based on marriage to your present wife.

If your status expired, you no longer have the right to work so please call an immigration attorney and see what the next steps are for you.
