UnAuthorized Work - Sylvia Ottemoeller, can you pls address ?
Labor Cert Filed Jan 2001
Labor Cert Approved May 2002
I-140 (Concurrent) Filed June 2002
I-485 (Concurrent) Filed June 2002
I-140 Approved Jan 2003
I worked without authorization for approx 18 months, in 1990-1991. I
did disclose this to my attoney, when we filing my I-140/I-485. The
only thing he requested were the specific time period. Nothing else. I
did not recall any additional forms addressing the unauthorized work
or a mention of a $1000 fine.
Will this issue come to haunt me ????

In that time period what was your status. Were you at status. If yes,
than deal with it when they ask you to deal with it.
