Two year Permanent Resident Card

Please would someone give me advice about when I must apply to have the conditions removed from my green card. Is it 90 days before the 2 year anniversary of my marriage, or 90 days before the 2 year anniversary of the receipt of my green card?

I got married 26th August 2008.
I received my Permanent Resident Card in February 2009.

Thank you!

Comment: Neither. Day one of the conditional period is the day after you are granted lawful permanent residence status.

Re: Two year Permanent Resident Card

If your GC is printed correctly, you can either:

Look at the "resident since" date on it, and count 2 years forward. You should file the I-751 within the 90 days just before that date.

Look at the expiraction date of your green card. If it's correct, you should file the I-751 within the 90 days just before that date.
