Two appointment letters received for biometrics
 

Hi,

Quick question: We are renewing my 14yr old's green card as per USCIS instructions. We've had to reschedule a couple of times due to travel etc. We recently received two i-797 appointment notices on consecutive days, issued one day after each other, with different appointment dates. I'm assuming that the most recent one supersedes the previous one, but I'd hat to mess this up by not turning up at an appointment. So should I ignore the earlier appointment and go with the later one?

I would go to the earliest appointment but take both letters with you.

As above, I'd rather go to the earlier one and get sent away and not turn up to the later one and have all sorts of chaos for missing the appointment.
