TSC I-751 Processing times

TSC I-751 Processing times
Hi,
My marriage ended last year before my conditional status was due to be removed. As recommended by my lawyer filed my I-751 with all the sufficient evidence of entering the marriage in good faith. I received my NOA - Notice of Action (form I-797) dated 7/22/02
When I checked the service center processing times (updated May 2003) on the http://<a href="http://www.shusterma...oc-sc.html</a> site it indicates that the TSC are processing applications with receipt dates of 10/31/02. This is past my receipt date but I have not got an interview date or correspondence from the TSC yet and next month I have to go to my local office (Miami) to get my passport stamped for another extension.
Has anyone experienced delays like this. Is there something I can do to get the current status on my application ?
