Default Travel to Pakistan on H1b

Dear All,
I am working in USA on H1B. The company might send me to Pakistan for
a project for a month or two next year.

Is there a danger I could be denied reentry to USA there?
Will US Embassy ask me to back to China to get reentry?
Is this path better? USA->China->Pakistan->China->USA. So that US
embassy in China may not know I stay in Pakistan at all.

Thanks,
Hong

Hi Hong,
As long as you have a valid H1 visa in your passport, you should be
fine. I myself travelled to Pakistan in this June, 2004 and had no
problems. Just curious what kind of project development you are doing
in Pakistan? The curiosity stems from an interest in foreign
investement flowing in the country.

Regards,
-Jef

Jef, thanks for your reply.
We are working on a civil engineering project.
What nationality are you with?
