Default Travel Authorization question

What are the chances that I would receive advanced parole to attend college in Canada
3 days a week before I get my adjustment of status? Is it pretty strict?

Getting A/P isn't that difficult. But I think you have other issues. Will Canada allow you to attend University in Canada if you are no longer a resident there?
