Hi, All

What are the approaches from TN visa to Green Card. Should the TN visa holder got
transfered to a H1B first?

If A Canadian citizen working in US wants to get a US green card, what is the best thing
he can do? A green card process need at two years, while TN visa only for one year. HE
will meet problems when he renew his TN with green card application pending.

It's a good idea. The problem with TN is that you are not supposed to have immigration
intent. People have reported getting GCs directly from TN, though.
