When I was living in Texas in the mid nineties, I used to listen to a Fort Worth radio station during the drive to work. There was a guy on called Sam from sales, who was a hoot. I was beginning to think that he had been reborn.

maybe, but in the 90`s I was jumping out of airplanes ( military ) for a living
at the time that was a hoot, but now I`m older and dafter I do smile !!

There is some nice property on the market in Naples though. Here's one place I'm looking at, but it would only work for me if they were able to accept a low-ball offer.

The term "Realtor" (thought widely accepted to mean a state certified real estate sales person) is just a member of The National Association of Realtors. You'd be better asking for a state certified sales person or a certified broker.
