Anyone ever tried to get through on the Texas number - 214-381-1423 and succeed
without a busy signal?

Yep, but I'm two hours behind them...and I always called about 11 pm. So, 1 am their
time. Give it a shot late at night. )

Do INS really work at nights? I thought they were like a 8-5 job or
9-5..LOL....Really? They are there at nights or is there an automative menu?
