Does anyone know if if there'd be any problem with temporarily moving
in order to file the I-130 after getting married? Vermont is taking a
month, while TSC is taking 16 months...

If you actually live in the area server by Vermont, it won't matter if
it is temporary, but that might cause an issue with employment
verification. For instance, if your employment letter says you are
working in Texas, but you are filing in VT.
