sfg,

All what says is ""...household size includes yourself,..your dependents.." ?

The I-864, in section 4.B, asks:
1. Number of persons (related to you by birth, marriage, or adoption) living in your residence, including yourself.
2. Number of immigrants being sponsored in this affidavit.
3. Number of immigrants not living in your household whom you are obligated to support under a previously signed Form I-864.
4. Number of persons who are otherwise dependent on you as claimed in your tax return for the most recent tax year.

Then in 5 defines household size as the sum of 1 - 4.

It seems clear that the disabled son does not need to be counted under item #4, but if living in the same residence (note the use of the word residence, a physical dwelling place) does need to be counted under item #1.

Thanks for the info,,, currently waiting for my attorney to call back (will probably end up calling him again, he is VERY poor at returning phone calls).
Will my significant others passport be proof of her US citizenship? (was from another thread that it sparked the thought )
Thanks again
Patrick
